License Transfer

Steelray Named User License Transfer

A Named User means each individual authorized by Customer to operate the Software, whether they use the license or not. Named User licenses are not transferable, except in the following cases:

when the old Named User is no longer working for the Customer
when the old Named User moves to another department within Customer
when the old Named User moves to another project within Customer
