- Trace Tool. The Trace Tool in SPA G2 calculates the longest path between two dates or leading up to an important milestone.
- Circular Chain Detection. While Microsoft Project might complain that a circular chain exists in the Project file, SPA G2 will find the circular chains if they exist and show you (task by task) how they are formed. This works on large projects including subprojects.
- 14 Point Assessment. This mini-application automates the DCMA 14 point assessment calculations and gives you the same results in a fraction of the time it would take you to calculate with their Excel-based process.
- Schedule Comparison Tool. Compare two versions of the same schedule (e.g. last period and current period) and get insights into what changes were made to the schedule.
