REFUND POLICY

If, within 30 days of purchase, you are not satisfied with one of our software products, you may notify us that you wish to return the product for a full refund. This policy does not apply to maintenance services, upgrade licenses, or any other services. After you receive a refund, you are obligated to uninstall all copies of the product covered under the license and destroy all issued license keys.

DELIVERY POLICY

After a license key purchase is completed, Steelray will send the purchaser an email containing a link to download the software and a license key. If a CD is ordered (for an additional fee), the CD will be mailed within 5 business days from the receipt of the order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Steelray Software products contain one or more License Agreements which contain additional terms and conditions. The License Agreement is displayed during the installation process and must be agreed to before the installation process will continue. A copy of the agreements will be made available upon request.
