The latest release of Steelray Project Analyzer, version 4.2, now lets you compare as many schedules as you want. If you need to look at changes over the last six months or year for a project, now you can. This added feature is excellent for looking at trends over time, as well as providing analysis for construction claims and litigation.
Additionally, there is a new, configurable report – 14 Point Assessment. This report lets you change the criteria so meet your organization’s needs. Of course the official DCMA 14 Point Assessment report is still available and meets DCMA’s reporting criteria.

Steelray Software today announced the general availability of version 3.5 of Steelray Project Analyzer.
Version 3.5 adds a new Validator report which analyzes Microsoft Project schedules for corruption and other data integrity issues.
With an integrated master schedule (IMS), it is common to link to tasks in external sub-projects or to have sub-project tasks link to other sub-project tasks. Since sub-project files can be opened independently of their master schedule, links between files can become invalid. It is important to have a way to quickly identify issues with the IMS as a whole that could invalidate your critical path.
