Creating Items from Files
If you drag and drop a file (e.g. from Windows Explorer) into STT, STT will create a new to do item and include a link to the original file. To open the file, right-click on the item and select Open File.
Tip: some fax services sends faxes to you as PDF files via email. Some voice mail services send you voice mail messages as sound files via email. By using these services with STT, you can easily consolidate most of your action items in STT. Go paperless!
