Prioritizing by Moving Items Up and Down the List
To prioritize items, move items up and down the list. There are three ways to do this. First, you can use the mouse to drag and drop items elsewhere in the list. Second, you can use the keyboard by holding the control key down and using the up and down arrow keys. Third, you can use the up and down arrow button on the toolbar.
