How the Order Process Works

When you order with a credit card, we process the order immediately. Purchase orders are usually processed within two hours of receipt.

Delivery: A license key is delivered to you via email. The license key is sent to the email address that you provide.

Download: If you downloaded a trial copy, you may continue using that copy with your new license key. If you need to download Steelray, the email you will receive includes instructions on how to do this.

Receipt: The receipt is delivered to you via email. Copies of receipts may be requested from Customer Service.

How long will it take before I get my license key?

If you order online, your order is processed immediately, and your key is generated for you immediately. A copy of your license key is sent to you via email as well.

Do you sell site licenses, enterprise licenses, etc.?
