How the Order Process Works

 

When you order with a credit card, we process the order immediately.

 
Delivery: A license key is delivered to you via email. The license key is sent to the email address that you provide.


Download: If you downloaded a trial copy, you may continue using that copy with your new license key. If you need to download Steelray, the email you will receive includes instructions on how to do this.

 

Receipt: The receipt is delivered to you via email.

New users require full licenses, which include a year of free updates. After the first year, upgrade licenses provide an additional year of updates for each user.

Ordering FAQ

How are user licenses counted?
Each unique user requires a user license.
Can I purchase an upgrade license?
An upgrade license can be purchased for a user if that user already owns a full license.
How is the software delivered?
If you haven't done so, download and install Steelray. When you order, we'll send an email to you containing a license key for the number of user licenses you purchased. You simply enter that into the License Information screen of Steelray and you are up and running.
What is the return Policy for Steelray products?
We offer a 30-day (from the date of purchase) money back refund on all Steelray products.
Can I add more users at a later date?
Yes. When you purchase additional licenses, we'll send you a new license key that allows the additional number of licenses you've purchased.
What do upgrades cost?
Upgrades are free for one year from the date of your purchase. After a year, you can receive another year of updates by purchasing an upgrade license for each user.
